Hope you all liked the fireworks last night.
There are loads of activities going on today, Saturday. Our local artists and craftspeople are demonstrating their talents for example. Here’s their schedule:
11am Pottery Demonstration with Mary Lincoln in Ardmore Pottery.
12noon Painting Demonstration with Brenda Harris at her Studio in Whiting Bay.
2pm Outdoor Painting Demonstration with Brigid Shelly in the Boat Cove.
In St Declan’s school we have workshops with Don Conroy, Mary FitzGerald, Alan Nolan and Debbie Thomas for the kids. Note: these are now fully subscribed.
There’ll be wrestling in the festival square, fun on the beach, a guided tour of McKenna’s Castle, rock pool exploration and much much more. Check out the Events Calendar for full details or pick up a programme.
And tonight of course, special guests Paddy Casey and band take to the stage for a free open air gig.
