The fingers and toes of everyone involved in Ardmore Pattern Festival are crossed since it was announced on Friday 18
th
October that the festival has been shortlisted the Smart Travel / Green / Environmental Business Award Sponsored by Go Dungarvan in the
Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber of Commerce
Business Awards. This is the second year in a row that Ardmore Pattern Festival has been shortlisted for an award.
The Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber of Commerce Business Awards in association with FBD Insurance is a hugely popular event on the social calendar and much anticipated each year. Over 145 award nominations were received last year.
“The committee is very excited to be shortlisted again this year” commented Rosie Mansfield, “The competition is fierce in our category but we’re very hopeful for success. It would be great to scoop the award on behalf of everyone who supports the festival every year and for all of the volunteers who get involved”.
Winners of the Dungarvan & West Waterford Chamber Awards will be announced at the awards ceremony on Friday 8
th
November 2013 in Lismore Castle, Co. Waterford.
